DS1621 : DS1621 Digital Thermometer and BENEFITS AND FEATURES  Simply Adds Temperature Monitoring and Control to Any System o Measures Temperatures From -55°C to +125°C in 0.5°C Increments. Fahrenheit Equivalent is -67°F to 257°F in 0.9°F Increments o Temperature is Read as a 9-Bit Value (2Byte Transfer) o Converts Temperature to Digital Word in Less than 1s o Thermostatic Settings are User Definable And Nonvolatile  Can Be Used in a Wide Variety of Applications o Power Supply Range (2.7V to 5.5V) o Data is Read From/Written Via a 2-Wire Serial Interface (Open Drain I/O Lines)  Saves Space o Temperature Measurements Require No External Components o 8-pin DIP or SO package (208-mil) Packages PIN .

DS1624 : The DS1624 consists of two separate functional units: a 256-byte nonvolatile E2 memory and a direct-to-digital temperature sensor. The nonvolatile memory is made up of 256 bytes of E2 memory. This memory can be used to store any type of information the user wishes. These memory locations are accessed through the 2-wire serial bus. The direct-to-digital temperature sensor allows the DS1624 to measure the ambient temperature and report the temperature in a 12-bit word with 0.0625°C resolution. The temperature sensor and its related registers are accessed through the 2-wire serial interface. Figure 1 shows a block diagram of the DS1624. DS1626 : The DS1626 and DS1726 digital thermometers/thermostats provide temperature measurements and stand-alone thermostat capability over a -55°C to +125°C range. The DS1626 offers ±0.5°C accuracy from 0°C to +70°C and the DS1726 has ±1°C accuracy from -10°C to +85°C. The resolution of the measured temperature is user selectable from 9 to 12 bits. Communication with the DS1626 and DS1726 is achieved through a 3-wire serial bus. The DS1626 and DS1726 offer thermostatic functionality with three dedicated thermostat outputs (THIGH, TLOW, and TCOM), and overtemperature (TH) and undertemperature (TL) user-programmable thresholds stored in on-chip EEPROM. For stand-alone thermostat operation, TH and TL c.

DS1628 : The DS1628 DS3628 are octal Schottky memory drivers with TRI-STATE outputs designed to drive high capacitive loads associated with MOS memory systems The drivers’ output (VOH) is specified at 3 4V to provide additional noise immunity required by MOS inputs A PNP input structure is employed to minimize input currents The circuit employs Schottky-clamped transistors for high speed A NOR gate of two inputs DIS1 and DIS2 controls the TRI-STATE mode Features Y Y Y Y Y Y High speed capabilities Typical 5 ns driving 50 pF 8 ns driving 500 pF TRI-STATE outputs High VOH (3 4V min) High density Eight drivers and two disable controls for TRI-STATE in a 20-pin package PNP inputs reduce DC loading on .
