General Des cription
The VHC244 is an advanced high speed CMOS octal bus buffer fabricated with silicon gate CMOS technology. It achieves high speed operation similar t o equivalent Bipolar Schottky TTL while maintaining the CMOS low power dissipa tion. The VHC244 is a non-inverting 3-S TATE buffer having two active-LOW outpu t enables. These devices are designed t o be used as 3-STATE memory address dri vers, clock drivers, and bus oriented t ransmitter/rec . |
