ACJT2 series triacs with high ability to withstand the shock loading of large current provide high dv/dt rate with strong resistance to electromagnetic interference. They are especially recommended for use on inductive load and serious electromagnetic interference place. ACJT2xx-xxF/ACJT2xx-xxFP provides insulation
voltage rated at 2000V RMS from all three terminals to external heatsink.
