INTRODUCTION The AMIS−30622 is a single−chip micro−stepping motor d river
with a position controller and co ntrol/diagnostic interface. It is ready to build intelligent peripheral system s where up to 32 drivers can be connect ed to one I2C master. This significantl y reduces system complexity. The chip r eceives positioning instructions throug h the bus and subsequently drives the s tator coils so the two−phase stepper motor moves to the desired position. Th e on−chip position controller is conf igurable (OTP or RAM) for different mot or types, positioning ra . |
