As for its basic function, it is a 3-phase 120°energization direct PWM drive type with power supply rated voltage of 36V and rated output current 2.3A. It is useful for high speed drive. It has the P-MOS and D-MOS on the output block, and the output ON Resistance is very low 1.35Ω(Typ.). It is very useful for low power consumption.
