Radial Through-Hole Multilayer Ceramic Capacitors High Temperature 200°C, Radial, Molded, C0G Dielectric, 50 – 200 VDC (Industrial Grade) Overview KEMET’s High Temperature 200ºC epoxy molded radial through-hole ceramic capacitors in C0G dielectric features a robust and proprietary base metal dielectric system that offers industry-leading performance in extreme high pressure and high temperature environments up to 200°C. These capacitors are designed specifically to withstand the severe shock and vibration conditions associated with deep-well and horizontal drilling activities and are well suited for use in aerospace engine compartments, geophysical probes, hybrid and electric automotive motor drives and defense applications. As high temperature electronic module complexity increases, the size reduction of components becomes more and more critical. These devices are significantly smaller by volume than most competitor radial molded capacitors, allowing for downsizing and replacement opportunities of larger high temperature precious metal electrode (PME) and base metal electrode (BME) dielectric system devices. They feature gold-plated lead wires for temperature resistance and an epoxy molded case for environmental protection and mechanical durability.
