CXP82532/82540 CMOS 8-bit Single Chip Microcomputer Description The CXP82532/82540 microcomputer is composed of a CPU, ROM RAM, and I/O ports. These chips feature many other high-performance circuits in a single-chip CMOS design, including an A/D converter, serial interface, timer/counter, time-base timer, capture timer/counter, fluorescent display controller/driver, remote control receiver.
