DATA SHEET MOS INTEGRATED CIRCUIT µPD78P064 8-BIT SINGLE-CHIP MICROCONTROLLER DESCRIPTION The µPD78P064 is a product of µPD78064 subseries in 78K/0 series, in which the on-chip mask ROM of the µPD78064 is replaced by one-time PROM or EPROM. As program write by user is possible, the µPD78P064 is best suited for evaluation, short-run and multiple-device production, and early rise upon system development.
