Description Th e FAN53601/11 is a 6 MHz, step−down s witching voltage
regulator, available i n 600 mA or 1 A options, that delivers a fixed output from an input voltage su pply of 2. 3 V to 5. 5 V. Using a proprie tary architecture with synchronous rect ification, the FAN53601/11 is capable o f delivering a peak efficiency of 92%, while maintaining efficiency over 80% a t load currents as low as 1 mA. The reg ulator operates at a nominal fixed freq uency of 6 MHz, which reduces the value of the external components to as low a s 470 nH for the . |
