Air Velocity Sensor Module
The FS 1015 mass air velocity module measures the air velocity using the thermo-trans fer (calorimetric) principle. The FS101 5 offers key advantages over resistorba sed flow solutions. The sensor uses the rmopile sensing, which provides an exce llent signal-to-noise ratio. The sensor comprises a “solid” thermal isolat ion technology and silicon-carbide coat ing to protect it from abrasive wear an d provides robustness and long-term rel iability.
