The HMC546LP2E requires external matching and is suitable for narrow-band applications within 200 MHz to 2700 MHz. This narrow-band switch is well suited for WiMAX and WiBro repeaters, private mobile radio (PMR), and automotive telematic applications. The design provides exceptional P0.1dB of 40 dBm and IIP3 of 65 dBm on the transmit (Tx) port.
