The chip is organized as eight blocks of 256 x 8 bit The IN24LC16B D memory with a 2-wire serial interface. Low voltage design permits operation down to 2.5 volts with standby and . currents active of only 5 µA and 1 mA respectively. The IN24LC16B also has a page-write capability for up to 16 w bytes of data.
