Description
The K3010 series c onsist of two infrared emitting diodes, connected in inverse parallel, optical ly coupled to a phototransistor detecto r. They are packaged in a 4-pin DIP pac kage and available in wide-lead spacing and SMD option. Features 1. Current transfer ratio ( CTR:Min. 50% at IF= ± 1mA VCE=5V ) 2. High isolation voltag e between input and output ( Viso:500 0Vrms ) 3. Pb free and RoHS compliant 4. MSL class 1 5.
