Description The KA431A and KA431L a re three−terminal adjustable regulato rs
with a guaranteed thermal stability over the operating temperature range. T he output voltage can be set to any val ue between VREF (approximately 2. 5 V) a nd 36 V with two external resistors. Th ese devices have a typical dynamic outp ut impedance of 0. 2 W. Active output ci rcuitry provides a sharp turn−on char acteristic, making these devices excell ent replacements for Zener diodes in ma ny applications.
