The LM111 series are voltage comparator s that have input currents approximatel y a hundred times lower than devices li ke the µA710. They are designed to ope rate over a wider range of supply volta ges; from standard ±15V op amp supplie s down to a single 3V supply. Their out put is compatible with RTL, DTL, and TT L as well as MOS circuits. Further, the y can drive lamps or relays, switching voltages up to 50V at currents as high as 50mA.
