General Description
The NC7S32 is a single 2-I nput high performance CMOS OR Gate. Adv anced Silicon Gate CMOS fabrication ass ures high speed and low power circuit o peration over a broad VCC range. ESD pr otection diodes inherently guard both i nputs and output with respect to the VC C and GND rails. Three stages of gain b etween inputs and outputs assures high noise immunity and reduced sensitivity to input edge rate.
