These N-Channel enh ancement mode power field effect transi stors are produced using Fairchild's pr oprietary, high cell density, DMOS tech nology. This very high density process is especially tailored to minimize on-s tate resistance, provide superior switc hing performance, and withstand high en ergy pulses in the avalanche and commut ation modes. These devices are particul arly suited for low voltage application s such as DC motor control and DC/DC co nversion where fast switching, low in-l ine power loss . |
