The use of internal series– shunt feedback gives wide band bandwidt h with low phase distortion and high ga in stability.
Emitter–follower output s provide a high current drive, low imp edance capability.
Its 120MHz bandwidth and selectable gains of 10, 100, and 4 00, without need for frequency compensa tion, make it a very useful circuit for memory element drivers, pulse amplifie rs, and wide band gain stages.
