It is also designed for high slew rate, wi de bandwidth, extremely fast settling t ime, low voltage and current noise and a low 1/f noise corner.

Feature NTE9370 Integrated Circuit HTL, Quad D Type Flip–Flop Description: Four D type flip–flops utilizing a common c lock line make up the NTE9370.
Each fli p–flop has complimentary passive pull up outputs with a single D input.
This circuit is ideal as a quad latch for t emporary storage of 4–bit binary numb ers.
Data is transferred from D inputs to outputs when the clock line is low.
With the clock line high, output data i s held and D inputs are ignored.
