The SN54 / 74LS47 are Low Power Sch ottky BCD to 7-Segment Decoder / Driver s consisting of NAND gates, input buffe rs and seven AND-OR-INVERT gates. They offer active LOW, high sink current out puts for driving indicators directly. S even NAND gates and one driver are conn ected in pairs to make BCD data and its complement available to the seven deco ding AND-OR-INVERT gates.
