RailClamps are surge rated diode arrays designed to protect high speed d ata interfaces. The SRDA series has bee n specifically designed to protect sens itive components which are connected to data and transmission lines from overv oltage caused by electrostatic discharg e (ESD), electrical fast transients (EF T), and lightning. The unique design in corporates surge rated, low capacitance steering diodes and a TVS diode in a s ingle package. During transient conditi ons, the steering diodes direct the tra nsient current to ground via the intern al low voltage . |
