This device may be used as a l evel converter for interfacing TTL or N MOS to High Speed CMOS. The input are c ompatible with TTL, NMOS and CMOS outpu t voltage levels. The internal circuit is composed of 2-stages including buffe r output, which provide high noise immu nity and stabl . |
