General Description
The UM375xx ser ies are VLDO (very low dropout) linear regulators designed for low power porta ble applications. Typical output noise is only 170μVRMS (UM37512) and maximum dropout is just 200mV at the load curr ent of 100mA. The internal P-channel MOS FET pass transistor requires no base cu rrent, allowing the device to draw only 90μA during normal operation at the m aximum load current of 300mA. Other fea tures include high output voltage accur acy, under voltage lockout, stability w ith ultra low ES . |
