DESCRIPTION
The μPG2411T7C is a GaAs MMIC SPDT (Single Pole Double Throw) switch which was designed for 2 GHz to 6 GHz applications, including dual-band wireless LAN. This device can operate at frequencies from 2 GHz to 6 GHz, having the low insertion loss and high isolation. This device is housed in a 6-pin plastic RTSON (Rectangle Thin Small Out-line Non-leaded) package. And this package is suitable for high-density surface mounting.
