Two-Phase DC Fan Driver Datasheet SDC283 General Description Features The SDC283 is a one-chip solution for driving two-coil Tbrushless DC cooling fans. Based on the advanced CMOS process, the IC contains a Hall-effect sensor, dynamic Noffset correction and low side output drivers.
