Ultra-Low On-Resistance:
The APL3537 is an ultra-low on-resistance, power-distri-

an N-channel MOSFET which needs only one input volt-
age from 0.95V to 5.5V. Built in internal charge pump func-
tion biases the N-MOS switch to achieve a minimum
switch on-resistance. The APL3537 can be enabled by
other power system. Pulling and holding the EN pin be-
low 0.4V shuts off the output.
The device is available in lead free WLCSP 0.9x1.4-6
Supply Voltage Range from 0.95V to 5.5V
package.
