OEseR IPTION
The /lPD547 is the original /lCOM-44 4-bit single chip microcomputer. It is manu-
factured with a standard PMOS process, allowing use of a single - 10V power supply.
The /lPD547 provides all of the hardware features of the /lCOM-44 family, and exe-
cutes all 58 instructions of the /lCOM-44 instruction set.
