MITSUBISHI MICROCOMPUTERS M3806x Group SINGLE-CHIP a-BIT CMOS MICROCOMPUTER DESCRIPTION The M3806x group is made up of 8-bit microcomputers based on the MELPS 740 core. The M3806x group is designed for controlling systems that reqllire analog signal processing and include two serial 1/0 functions, A-D converters, and D-A converters.
