MITSUBISHI MICROCOMPUTERS M37451E4DXXXSP/FP M37451 E8DXXXSP/FP PROM VERSION of M374S1 M4DXXXSP/FP, M37451 M8DXXXSP/FP DESCRIPITION The M37451 E4DXXXSP/FP is a single-chip microcomputer designed with CMOS silicon gate technology. It is housed in a 64-pin shrink plastic molded DI P or an 80-pin plastic molded QFP (0.8mm pitch). The features of this chip are similar to those of the M37451 M4DXXXSP/FP except that this chip has a 8192 bytes PROM built-in. This single-chip microcomputer is useful for office automation appliances and consumer appliance controllers. In addition to its simple instwction sets, the PROM, RAM and I/O addresses are placed on the same memory map to enable easy programming. It also has a unique feature that enables it to be used as a slave microcomputer.
