The S-19251 Series, developed by using CMOS process technology, is a positive voltage
regulator with a low current consumption, high ripple-rejection and high-accuracy output voltage. This IC has high ripple-rejection of 75 dB typ., and operates with low current consumption of 20 μA typ. Also, a built-in overcurrent protection circuit to limit overcurrent of the output
transistor and a built-in thermal shutdown circuit to limit heat are included. In addition to the conventional package SOT-23-5, the super-small packages HSNT-4(1010)B and HSNT-4(0808)B are added to the lineup, which realizes higher-density mounting.
