1. GENERAL DESCRIPTION
The OTD9120A is a 1200/1152/1080/960-channel outputs gate
driver, which is used for driving the gate line of TFT LCD panel. It
is designed for 2-level output with 40V LCD driving voltage range.
2. FEATURES
2-level output
1200/1152/1080/960 channel outputs selectable with 2 dummy
outputs
Maximum 200KHz operation frequency
Digital supply voltage:2.3V to 3.6V
LCD driving voltage range: 40V
Bi-directional data shift capability
High voltage CMOS process technology
COG/COF package
