This Sxx10x SCR series is idea l for uni-directional switch applicatio ns such as phase control, heating, moto r speed controls, converters/rectifiers and capacitive discharge ignitions. Th ese SCRs have a low gate current trigge r level of 0. 2 to 15 mA at approximatel y 1. 5V, with a sensitive version of thi s series having a gate trigger current less than 500µA.
