CMOS Voltage Regulator And Voltage Detector LN5075 ■ General Description The LN5075 series is a series of precise, low dropout, positive voltage regulators and high-precision voltage detectors developed using CMOS process. Low power consumption, small package, low temperature excursion can meet demand from the portable device applications. The voltage regulator consists of a current limiter circuit and also operates as a short protect for the output current limiter and the output pin.
