DC-DC Boost Converter with a 4.5A Switch ■ General Description The XT1863 is a current mode step-up converter with a 4.5A, 0.08Ω internal switch to provide a highly efficient regulator with fast response. The XT1863 operates at 1.5MHz allowing for easy filtering and low noise.
