The UM1431/1441 series are high input volta ge low quiescent current regulators imp lemented in CMOS technology. It can acc ept input voltage as high as 30V with 1 00mA output current limit. The output v oltages are selectable in 100mV steps w ithin a range of 2. 0V to 6. 0V. 100mA ou tput current limiting is built in to pr ovide protection for the regulators aga inst fault conditions.
