Peregrineâ €™s PE33241 is a high-performance Integ er-N PLL capable of frequency synthesis up to 5 GHz. This device is designed f or use in industrial and military appli cations, point-to-point radios, wireles s infrastructure and CATV equipment. Th e PE33241 offers superior phase noise p erformance with a direct or serial prog ramming option. It features a selectabl e prescaler modulus of 5/6 or 10/11, co unters and a phase comparator as shown in Figure 1.
