GP8630A High Power Factor & Accuracy Co nstant Current LED Driver Built-in MOSF ET Description Application The GP863 0A is a highly-integrated, low startup current, average current mode, one cycl e control PFC and fixed switching frequ ency PWM controller. These functions en able the LED driver to easily meet the accuracy average LED current and high p ower factor requirements. The GP8630A i ntegrates a power MOSFET with 600V brea kdown voltage. The integrated functions also include the LED short protection, open protection, and internal over tem perature protection.
