IQ Switch ProxSense Series IQS266 Datasheet 2x3 Channel projected capaci tive trackpad controller with selfcapac itive wake-up The IQS266 ProxSense® I C is a 2x3 projected capacitive trackpa d designed for low power mobile applica tions. This trackpad is perfect to impl ement on a single sided ITO touch scree n for wearables. A self-capacitive chan nel is used for wake-up which keeps the power consumption in low-power less th an 5 uA. Other features include automat ic tuning for sense electrodes, interna l reference capacitor and internal regu lator to reduce total system cost.
