HEF4082B Dual 4-input AND gate Rev. 7 — 24 February 2022 Product data sheet 1. General description The HEF4082B is a dual 4-input AND gate. Inputs include clamp diodes. This enables the use of current limiting resistors to interface inputs to voltages in excess of VDD. 2.
