1. General description
The 74ALVC00-Q100 is a quad 2-input NAND gate. Schmitt trigger action on all inputs makes the device tolerant of slow rise and fall times. This product has been qualified to the Automotive Electronics Council (AEC) standard Q100 (Grade 3) and is suitable for use in automotive applications.
