These ISRs are designed with premium low threshold FET s for those applications requiring very low input/output voltage differentials such as battery powered equipment. Thi s highperformance ISR family offers a u nique combination of features combining 90% typical efficiency with open-colle ctor on/ off control and adjustable out put voltage.
