It features 1.8V~3.6V supply voltage range, ultra-low Stop current, and low operating current under low frequency, which is designed for the battery-powered systems. And rich timer resources and carrier generator equivalent to 8-bit PWM make the SC51P03E02 suitable for various small home appliances control and swich control and intelligent lighting.
