• Ioff Supports Live insertion, Partial Power Down
Mode, and Back Drive Protection
• Latch-Up Performance Exceeds 250 mA Per

The SNx4LV02A devices are quadruple 2-input
positive-NOR gates designed for 2-V to 5.5-V VCC
operation.
The SNx4LV02A devices perform the Boolean
function Y = A + B or Y = A B in positive logic.
