The TOSHIBA TLX9291A mini-flat photocoupler is suitable for surface-mount assembly. The TLX9291A consists of an infrared LED optically coupled to a photo-
transistor.
This photocoupler can be used to the extensive applications. It is generic speed
transistor output.
