Description
BD820xxQVZ are Single Channel High Side Switch ICs
employing N-channel power MOSFET with low On
Resistance for the power supply line of universal serial
bus (USB).
These ICs have a built-in over current detection circuit,
thermal shutdown circuit, under voltage lockout and
soft start circuit.
