General Description
BHxxMA3 series are high-performance CMOS LDO
regulators with output current ability of up to 300mA. These
devices have excellent noise characteristics despite of
their low circuit current consumption of 65µA. They are
most appropriate for various applications such as power
supplies for logic IC, RF, and camera modules.

„ High Output Voltage Accuracy: ±1 %
(±25mV on VOUT<2.5V products)
„ Dropout voltage: 60mV (IOUT=100mA)
„ Compatible with small ceramic capacitor
„ Output Voltage ON/OFF Control
„ Built-in Over Current Protection Circuit (OCP)
„ Built-in Thermal Shutdown Circuit (TSD)
„ Ultra-small power package:HVSOF6
