2. General
The Toshiba TLP2466 consists of a high-output GaAℓAs light-emitting diode coupled with a high-speed photodiode-
transistor chip. The TLP2466 guarantees operation at up to 125 and on supplies both 3.3 V and 5 V. It is offered in the SO8 package. The TLP2466 has a totem-pole output that can both sink and source current. An internal noise shield provides a guaranteed common-mode transient immunity of ±20 kV/µs.
