2. General
The TLP2701 consists of a high speed photo detector based on the photo
transistor optically coupled to an infrared LED in a 4 pin SO6L package. The TLP2701 has realized the early switching characteristics by several kΩ resistance. And the TLP2701 correspond to the transmission rate 20 kbps, and has become a product which fills between a general-purpose
transistor coupler and IC coupler corresponding to 1 Mbps.
