2. General
This is a CMOS Input/Output full swing comparator with low operating voltage and low supply current. The comparator have low operating voltage VDD = 1.3 V to 5.5 V and low supply current IDD = 18 µA (typ.) @VDD = 1.5 V. Output circuit type is push-pull circuit. The package MP6C (1.0 mm × 1.45 mm, t: 0.55 mmMAX) is ultra small, so that it is ideal for high-density assembly such as cellular phone.
