Rev. A, October 20 20 Description The UJ4C075018K3S is a 7 50V, 18mW G4 SiC FET. It is based on a unique ‘cascode’ circuit configurat ion, in which a normally-on SiC JFET is co-packaged with a Si MOSFET to produc e a normally-off SiC FET device. The de vice’s standard gate-drive characteri stics allows for a true “drop-in repl acement” to Si IGBTs, Si FETs, SiC MO SFETs or Si superjunction devices. Avai lable in the TO-247-3L package, this de vice exhibits ultra-low gate charge and exceptional reverse recovery character istics, making it ideal . |
